The holiday season is a time for community, generosity, and giving back. Values that are the heart of the Hockey Alberta Foundation. This December, we’re excited to be part of the Charity Gift Wrap program at Bower Place, where shoppers can get their gifts wrapped while supporting causes that make a difference.
On select days throughout December, the Hockey Alberta Foundation will be on-site providing gift-wrapping services, with 100% of donations directly supporting our programs that help kids across Alberta access the game of hockey. Every gift wrapped helps us open doors for young players, providing opportunities to try hockey, access equipment, join local programs, and experience the joy of being on the ice, sometimes for the very first time.
You can find us near the security office and food court washrooms on the following dates:
- Thursday, December 4 – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, December 8 – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Thursday, December 11 – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Wednesday, December 17 – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Your support whether through a donation, a conversation, or simply stopping by helps us continue creating meaningful opportunities for youth through programs like Every Kid Every Community. Funds raised will go towards creating a new programs or support existing programs focused on recruiting new players to the game regardless of age, skill, or environmental factors.
